Waxless Wednesdays: Evening Skiing at Quarry Park
Join us for an easy hour or so of skiing around the lighted trails of Quarry Park each Wednesday night in January and February if snow conditions allow for skiing. We will meet at 6:30 PM at the trailhead parking lot.

December 19: Wildwood/St. Johns
Snow permitting we'll ski Wildwood/St. John's and stop at the Local Blend coffee shop in St. Joe afterwards.

December 27: Go-Where-It-Snows outing
Let's head out for an after-holiday day trip to wherever snow conditions are best. Our plan is to ski about 1-2 hours in the early afternoon within the St. Cloud area.

Saturday, January 2: Kathio State Park
Ring in the New Year with a trip to Kathio State Park. We will meet at the McNeal homestead and car pool to the park. We will have pizza afterwards.

January 8: CHANGE TO: Night Skiing at Quarry Park
Quarry Park Moonlight Ski will be held on January 8. This replaces the Ski Club outing lead by Marge Bates. There will be skis available for loan, the yak will be there and Ed may bring a pulk. Please bring something to share.

Saturday, January 9: Sibley State Park
Sibley is a beautiful state park with 17K of groomed trails. Bring food for an after-ski potluck at the Interpretive Center (there are plug-ins for crock pots if needed). The center has an excellent warming facility and restrooms. Call trip leaders for time and place to meet and also for carpooling. If there is no snow, we will plan to hike.

Saturday, January 16: Stanley Eddy Park
The hills of Stanley Eddy Park will get your attention, reaching the highest place in Wright county. Trails are rated an intermediate level. Pot Luck after the ski. Plan to car pool from Jeff's place to the park. Stanley Eddey is near South Haven.

January 22-24: Itasca State Park
After about a 12 year hiatus of skiing Itasca in January, we'll be returning this ski season. It's a beautiful park with more trails than we can ski in a weekend. We'll be staying at the Hostel in the park and we'll have 18 beds reserved. The cost is about $20 per person per night. We'll do the usual group meals for Sat and Sunday breakfast and Sat dinner. Saturday, February 6: Woodland Hills - Elk River Area
Experience a great trail system with plenty of hills and fast paced action. We will ski and find a place to eat afterwards.

February 12-15: Pine Pointe / Camp Du Nord (near Ely)
This weekend of skiing in the Boundary Waters has been a club favorite for many years. We arrive Friday evening and stay till Monday (President's Day Holiday). There is an option of staying through till Tuesday morning at no extra charge. We have reserved two modern log cabins at Pine Pointe. Members of each cabin will work together to cook meals in their own cabins. Cost is $120 per person. Pine Pointe/Du Nord is located about 15 miles north of Ely.

February 21: Lake Maria State Park
Joins us on a splendid system of groomed ski trails in a picturesque state park not far from home (about a 30 minute drive from St. Cloud). There is a heated trail center at the main trailhead equipped with indoor restrooms and a large gathering space replete with tables, benches. Meet at the trail center at 1:00 PM.
